What fabrics do you manufacture?
We manufacture: Polyester PVC sunscreen (openness 1%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 8%, 10% & 12%), Fiberglass sunscreen (1%, 3% & 5%), Polyester zebra/sunscreen zebra fabric, Blackout/semi blackout fabric, Vertical fabric (89mm/127mm), and other customized fabrics.
How many defects on 1 roll (2.5m wide × 30m long) fabric?
We maintain strict quality control standards. Typically, there are 0 defects in each roll of our regular production series. For first-class fabrics, we control defects to less than 3 per roll, with problem resolution within 1 year after sale upon receiving full video and picture reports.
If I only get small quantity needs for the first order, is it ok?
We offer flexible cooperation options. For trial orders, you can purchase several rolls if the item is in stock. For items not in stock, we have different MOQ requirements per item per width.
If I have my own design, quality & color, can you OEM for me?
Yes, we provide OEM services according to client specifications.
